Just a quick update on my note of 31/12/2009 as I don't think it does this company justice. For some reason I had problems receiving emails - what did Coppermasters do? Phoned me from Portugal to keep me updated. The parcel arrived even quicker than suggested. The Cataplana and the other products I have bought are superb. Excellent company, truly outstanding service.

I wanted to let you know that the cataplana arrived safely the day before yesterday and I got to use it for the first time last night. It worked beautifully and the seafood and vegetables were absolutely delicious! Also, thank you very much for the gift that you included in the package.
