Just a note to let you know that I have received the Cataplana and Heat Diffuser this morning. I was following the CTT Expresso tracking system this morning; the package was "out for delivery" at 08.35 and then I noticed that it had "arrived" at Mexilhoeira Grande Post Office at 10.07. I got in my jeep and drove up there at top speed to find the courier still there and there was a card in my apartado box. He told me that CTT Expresso always deliver to P.O. Boxes (apartados) here otherwise it would take a week to do what they do in a few hours. We have just unpacked the items and we are very pleased with them. The cataplana looks very well-made and very robust, unlike most of those that I have looked at in shops here (which I think are machine-made mainly as tourist "souvenirs"). My only disappointment is that this is not for us but a birthday present for a dear friend who enjoys cooking cataplana dishes but just uses a pan with a tight-fitting lid; I am sure that she will be delighted with this and my wife thinks that we should buy another one for ourselves, which we will probably do soon. Buenas tardes, este correo es para confirmarle que, en el día de hoy, he recibido el pedido el caul ha llegado en perfecto estado y en el plazo previsto. Estoy muy satisfecha por el servicio, tanto en seriedad como en efectividad; es la primera vez que compro vía internet y, la verdad, he quedado muy sorprendida de su eficacia. Respecto a los utensilios, también estoy muy contenta tanto en su presentación como elaboración y acabado. Solamente les hago un sugerimiento y es, en relación a las instrucciones de uso, puedan incluir la traducción en castellano (yo me he servido del francés y con un diccionario lo he podido traducir). A parte de eso todo EXCELENTE!!, da gusto tener este tipo de servicio. Les estoy muy agradeida por su atención. Puede, que en otra ocasión, vuelva a ponerme en contacto con uds. para un nuevo pedido.
